Brianna Client Care Representative

Hi, my name is Brianna. I’ve been working at Tuxedo since November of 2019. Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to work with animals. After I graduated high school, I took a year off school, then went to Robertson College for the Veterinary Assistant Program to build up my knowledge of veterinary medicine. Soon after I received my Vet Assistant Diploma, I applied at Tuxedo and was then offered a job!

I honestly love my job so much. Seeing all the different breeds and their unique personalities and knowing more about them each and every day. I also enjoy getting to chat with clients and find out more about their pets' personal stories. I am also so lucky to get to work with such an amazing team here at Tuxedo.

At home, I have two dogs: Buzz the border collie and Bobby the rough collie. I also have a rabbit named Benji. Bobby is fairly new to my family. Both Buzz and Bobby are from rescues; they both failed as farm dogs, as they are much happier as family dogs.

A funny story about my rabbit is I actually was looking to adopt a dog, but my landlord at the time told me I couldn’t. So the next day, my manager at work then said I should get a rabbit and showed me this Facebook page called Wildwood Lops, which is where I got Benji. The moment I saw a photo of him, I instantly fell in love. He also shares the same birthday as my mom, so I just knew that was a sign he had to be mine. I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old, and although he can be a brat most of the time and make a mess of everything, I still love him to death. ❤️
