Dr. Kristin Buchanan

My passion for animals began as early as I can remember, always being surrounded by the family dogs and cats. Veterinary medicine was the natural progression, and no one was surprised to hear that was my next endeavor after completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Manitoba in 2010. I then graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and returned home to Winnipeg to begin practicing small animal medicine.

After dabbling in some emergency medicine, I realized that my true fulfillment comes with watching my patients grow with their families. I want to be a part of your pet’s life during the exciting times, and a resource during the more difficult ones.
